3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • I would stay calm and professional, first acknowledging the customer’s frustration, to show I understand their point of view.
