- My name is Freddy Crabs, I have done pretty much everything this city has to offer. But I am yet to try being a mechanic. I have always had a love and passion for repairing cars. My father was a Mechanic and he tried to teach me how to work around a car. I never listened to what he said and taught me. He has since recently passed, and in his will he left me his 70s corquette. I know he would want me to learn to be a mechanic and repair it myself.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I have met mostly all the staff at Bayview over the past few months. They all seem like chill and kind people. I have many friends that work here and all have told me to apply. And due to my record I have never been able to apply, but now I am clean and looking for a real job
- I have no experience of being a mechanic aside from being briefly taught by a friend. I am a people person and have built many strong relationships within the city. I am a person that prides myself to being approachable, friendly, and easy to work with. I am very patient when it comes to waiting long period's of time. What sets me apart from other people is being able to handle challenging situations without becoming stressed. I am willing and excided to learn, and will always support the team however i can.
- I am friendly, I already know most of the employs currently, and I am committed to help people with auto issues

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would let everyone know calmly that there is a long line and to please be patient with me. I would take one car at time and start working on them.
- If we have explained the fee to this person multiple times and he keeps arguing then I would try to find a supervisor so they can explain the situation.
- I would ask the person to leave, and if needed call the police.
