- My name is Chucks Willis. I am 26 years of age, hailing from Liberty City. I am the eldest siblings among 7 siblings (Willis brothers). Dad used to own a 1984 AE86 which we used to work on as a project car. that car was the start of my passion behind a roaring machine reaching 180kmph+ speeds. but all good things comes to an end. the 86 was destroyed in a untimely disaster that hit Liberty City. tame passed on, owned my 1st ride , a honda 2000. got into the under-ground racing scene. made big bucks. but with big gain there is always a big risk. my golden years of street racing was over when i got busted one night, a night that change my life forever. my ride was imponded and wrecked. dad got sick, and I was in prison. Once i got out i was clean, no more racing for me. started my own little auto-shop after dad passed. jump to the present. flew to the city of Los Santhos to start a new life with my brothers. lets see where this city takes me.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- I have been very into cars from the start. there is something about working on a v8 engine that gives me the thrills of working with mechanical parts. I feel that working as a mechanic is the best job that i can live my passion.
- I have pervious mechanical knowledge about cars. I have previously worked at several auto shops and also used to own one. I was a well known mechanic and people would just come to find me jut to get their rides upgrade, tuned and made look nice. I also helped newer mechanics learn the art of building a proper ride based on the customers likes and also managed to get them to a higher standard.
- My signature talent is that I could make unique paint combinations and make each and every car look one of a kind. and I am a person who prefers a clean looking car but I promise you that i can perfectly work with all kinds of body kits to any car given to me. I assure you that with me on your team you will be making a lot more income than expected.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I will talk to each and every person, get a list of their names and what needs to be done. what ever that is urgent will be the priority. if the customer can wait I will kindly ask them to wait. if not i will book them an appointment within the closest time slot possible and get it done.
- I would inform my supervisor regarding the matter and if i am only person there is i will try to de-escalate the situation , if not will put in a police report with regards to the individual who refuses to pay. and will also update my superiors regarding the actions taken.
- Talk to the individual, if he/she refuses to co-operate , I will contact the authorities immediately
