    • Suraj Ghale. Who's a two bit crook trying to live his life. A year ago, he was excited trying to live the dream of the American life coming from Asia, but reality left him otherwise. He's hardworking, tries to use his brain a lil-bit too much, for him to get what he wants. Unfortunately, he had to leave the town for a year or two due to family reasons and now he's back to start fresh. A hardworking talented man who used to be a project manager from where he came is now here jobless trying his application everywhere.
2. No experience and Qualitficatiosn
  • 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
    • The reason is Money ofcourse. Also, Bayview is way cheaper for the customers and I loved it, they are honest and hard worker. I have never seen a mechanic who's been haughty or arrogant and the mechanic gets a way more decent salary. I want to be a good mechanic who helps people and obviously earn more money too. And, I have also seen a lot of mechanic having a hard time in bayview because of lack of mechanics in off time and I have seen a lot of mechanics that have burnt out working over time. That too made me come to a conclusion that the mechanics in bayview here must have a good pay and good leadership for them to work overtime and burn themselves physically and mentally with of their own volition. I mean that's pretty wow. You know, It takes a lot of years to have such good employess. And, Bayview don't charge too much to the customers too.

    • I used to be a Project Manager from where I came so I can handle client relations and work relations, this Job makes me envious everytime I go to mechanic they are so cool. You know, the mechanic are the backbone of this city more than anyone else. Without mechanics, this city would have been ghost town more so ever it implies to Bayview Auto Center. That's why to earn money, while also helping the Community with my work and skills I am applying for a job. And, I want a house too, I have been homeless ever since I came here

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • Well, the customers mostly in this city becomes rowdy. and, if I am the only mechanic on duty. 1. I will guide the cars one by one doing RP as much as I can. I am sure the customers will understand that I am the only one overhere. Dealing with them quickly, would only hurt the reputation of BAC by doing bad repairs and such. So, Slow and Steady for me would be the best and if there are any mechanic while I am working on them is available i would ask them for help. /i]


    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • Try to calm him down and say sorry We cannot do anything for you, If you have any friends that can help you please do ask them. If not, my hands are tied.


    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • I would call the upper manager as I would not want to harm the customer
