- I grew up in a city with a lot of possibility so i took action. My younger years, I was in sports all the time and had a lot of success. My high school years were no different, a lot of everyday training and a lot of studying in between. When i wasn't training i was just studying. At college, my sports years were over and i just spent my life studying all the time but even with all that success i had and did i felt something was missing so i wanted to try everything i could in life to experience life in general.

- I spend a lot of time outside of the workshop, people outside are very friendly and nice. It generally seems like a really nice place to work at. Also i always had a thing about cars so i think this could be a perfect fit for me and my future i general.
- I believe that you should hire me because I am a reliable and hard-working person with a genuine motivation to do my job to the best of my ability every day. I take pride in being on time, organized, and respectful to both customers and colleagues. I also have the ability to learn quickly and follow instructions carefully. Additionally, I am not afraid to ask questions to ensure that the job is done right the first time. I recognize the importance of building trust and paying attention to detail, especially in an auto service industry. Most importantly, I have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would stay calm and try to fix as many cars as my ability lets me at the time. I think rushing and doing a poor job would only make things worse then they already are. I would also try to keep customers informed and make sure the work is done correctly without sacrificing quality or safety
- I would remain calm, respectful, and professional while listening to the customers concerns. I would try to be as nice as possible while explaining to the customer that the labor fee is mandatory. If the customer is still upset, I would avoid arguing and try to contact a supervisor to help me resolve the issue.
- I would try to de-escalate the situation using words instead of provoking the customer even more. I would politely ask the custumer not to be disrespectful towards my colleague. If the custumer would still not back off I would call or inform the manager about the situation so it can be handeled properly.
