- I am Adrian Velvez. I came from a low class family in Los Santos, grew up in a poor neighborhood. I needed money to support my family, I once got an offer to work in someone's garage as a janitor. However, I watched and observed how mechanic fix cars.. that's what made me learn more about cars, the boss actually taught me how to do basic mechanic work, this took me 3 years to learn. Now I know everything about engines, tyres, paints and much more.

2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- One day, my boss went bankrupt and had to close his garage. That day was a big loss for me. My family is in high debt and I still need money to support them. I had been actively looking for work in anyone's garage, and one of my neighbours told me about Bayview, so I went to their house and applied using their laptop.
2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
- You can first test me out and decide if I am capable of working in a paleto bay garage, but as I mentioned, I have already worked with someone before, therefore I have experience so I am not a beginner. I already know some basics and how to handle certain tasks. Of course, I’m still learning and improving, but I can definitely manage and won’t be a burden. I just need a chance to show what I can actually do. I won’t cause problems or slow anyone down. I am quick learner and would eager to learn from experienced paleto bay mechanics.
2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?
- I know how to work neat and clean without messing up wires in the engine thats what most mechanics do.. in my 5 years of experience working with my boss in his garage, I learned how things work. I know how to paint well.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- That would be a tough day for me, if so many customers come at once. I would give them my number with a exact time they could come to garage. Many are busy and don't have time, I can request them if they can park their vehicle and leave the rest to me.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- I will give them an invoice which clearly states charges of every service. I would politely ask him why he doesn't want to pay, what mistake we did to his car? If there's any mistake, I would gladly fix it for free.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I will try to stop him politely and makes some space between them to avoid any violence. If he tries to threaten, i would record the moment with my phone's camera and report to sherrif department unless he apologizes
