  • If I am the only mechanic and long line of customers. I will stay calm and solve there problem quickly and fairly as much I can
  3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
  • I would stay calm and professional and not argue with the customer. First, I would explain what the labour fee is and why it is required. if he sill don't pay then I will call my manager
  3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
  • If a customer becomes disrespectful towards my colleague, at first I will stay calm and I will respectfully step in and ask the customer to calm down
