- Sonny Jameson was born in British Columbia, Canada and his family moved to the United States when he was ten. He became a naturalized U.S citizen, and living in the central United States for most of his life, in a well-to-do family. He gained his education as well as graduating college with a minor in mechanics and a major in finance. But he made little use of these degrees, finding himself at next to no demand in a job market that expects experience. But his life would take a sharp turn for the unknown when he moved to San Andreas, leaving all his familial wealth and privileges behind, not even certain where he would sleep at night. Near immediately he would apply for a job as a mechanic to avoid being homeless.

- I feel more comfortable working at a job I have the education for. I'd rather do something I know how to do than risk it with a profession I know nothing about. I'm new to the city and want to establish myself here with long-term employment. I want a job I can enjoy and stick with, and I feel your business is an excellent choice.
- I have a minor in mechanics, an enthusiasm for automobiles, a willingness to accept advice, a proclivity for following directions, a friendly demeanour, zero criminal past, and I learn fast. I know I don't have past experience, but I've worked on many cars as part of my education as well as in my own time. I'm eager to make Bayside my first employer in mechanics, and I am confident that you are the right employer for me, and I am the right man for you. I'm easy tempered, easy to deal with, accountable, and responsible. I believe you can rely on my fresh and eager mindset to bring new life to your work.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I'll help them all if I can before closing time. I'd apologize to them for the delay, and ensure them I'm going to get their orders finished as soon as I'm able.
- I'd calmly explain that there's nothing in our power we can do to change the fee, but if he'd like he can file a complaint to management. I wouldn't, however, allow him to intimidate me on a mandatory fee. But calm, and respectful, I would explain this.
- I would ask them to leave the premises, possibly phone the police depending on the severity of the situation. I would do everything within legal bounds to protect my colleagues' safety.
