    • my name is Henrik Ness i grew up around cars because my dad owned a small garage outside the city and i spent most of my time there after school helping him with whatever needed to be done sometimes i cleaned tools sometimes i helped changing parts and sometimes i just watched him work on engines for hours thats probably when i started really liking this kind of work over the years i learned how to work properly on cars and i want to keep doing that at bayview mechanic

    • my motivation for applying to Bayview Auto Center is that i really like working with cars and learning how they work i spent a lot of time in garages when i was younger helping and watching real work being done i learned basic skills by doing small tasks and practicing over time i want to get more experience improve my skills and work in a place where people work as a team and respect each other i am reliable willing to learn and i always try to do my best in any job i get

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • I would try to help every customer as fast as i can while still doing the work properly i would apologize for the wait and let them know i am the only mechanic on duty at the moment i would stay respectful and make sure everyone gets helped before closing if possible
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • I would stay calm and respectfully explain to the customer that the labor fee is mandatory and cannot be removed i would avoid arguing with them and if they still were unhappy i would tell them they can speak with managers or file a complaint if they want to take it further
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • I would tell the customer to stop disrespecting and threatening my colleague and ask them to leave the area if they continue I would make sure my coworker is safe and call the police or managers if the situation gets serious
