2.yes i had some experience with being a mechanic what i always did was mod the cars to the way the customer wanted them and they would usually ask me to sell them as they didnt wanted it anymore so yes i used to work on cars and mod along with salavge then if needed i would be a asset cause i have major experience in both modding and salvaging

3. i would ask the customer to please stop bothering us cause we are trying to help other people with their cars and i would tell them if you'd like to talk with the manager you absolutely can if you want to or feel the need to

3.2 id first ask why he is standing around not doing basic work cause people have tons of things going on in life,id then ask him if he can help me out with fixing cars as it slows us down from doing our job and if he would still refuse id ask the supervisor to take car of this situation

3.3 Id first document what it his hes actually breaking without confronting him then id call the manager and tell him what i saw so he/she can handle the situation better than i would ever
