Hi my name is Mina Monroe , I’m 30 years old and have been living in the city for a month and a half . I mostly work doing Road work / Construction and do oil drilling on the side. I’m looking to expand my skills and experience I have never personally worked as a mechanic but i am eager to learn and adapt to new situations quickly, I pick up on new skills with ease and enjoy working with customers to them provide with the best service possible.

- First and foremost I want to help people and what better way then to get their cars repaired or customized to fit them. I'm also interested in working at Bayview because of the people everyone seems to enjoy there job and get along seems like a very positive work environment. Growth, I feel like at Bayview there is a lot of opportunities to advance and grow my career.

- Apologize to the customer and inform them that I unfortunately cannot change the labor price but will gladly bring the concerns to management about the prices, and again apologize for the inconvenience.

- I would inform a supervisor on duty about the situation if none were present id politely ask the customer to leave Bayview, if they persisted i would call the police.
