- I’m Anna Levine, a 24-year-old car enthusiast from Los Santos. While I started out as a photographer as my main job, my love for cars always stayed with me. After years of fascination with how they work, I decided it was time to turn my passion into a career. I moved to Los Santos and heard about Bayview. I’m determined to master car repairs and maintenance, and my attention to detail helps me pick things up quickly. - I would like to work with Bayview as I am currently finding my place in the city and see Bayview as a way to expand my social web and meet new people as well as new skills, I met a lot of people there recently that made me get attached to the place!
- Ive worked road works quite abit and also done side work like fishing and mining and a little bit of hunting with a couple of friends but I'm eager to see what the city can offer! I feel like I would be an amazing addition to the Bayview team as I have amazing people skills and have a special touch when it comes to dealing with upset customers. I feel like my willingness to learn and be humble would be very helpful in the workplace I will try my best to fit in the place because I really like the job there!

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would take note of who came in first and ask everyone to line up outside and I will call next as I begin servicing customers in bay 1
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?- I tell him that I can not do anything about it and if he keeps complaining I will call a supervisor and let him know or ask him on the radio
