I've been living in the city for a few months now. I lived here a few years ago but moved away and came back recently. I am originally from Queens, I was born into a family that ran a small corner deli. I grew up slicing meat and making sandwiches. After some time I felt I needed a change, and everyone famous lives in Los Santos so I decided I would check it out. The bagels here could definitely be better but so far I'm enjoying my new life in the city. Looking to broaden my horizons and explore the city while attaining a solid job and avoiding all the legal activity that happens here.2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
I have had experience with the three different mechanic shops in the city. Los Santos Customs and Benny's are able to get the job done but I think that Bayview auto provides an extra layer of customer satisfaction that the other shops do not have. I also enjoy the atmosphere that Bayview has, I often see people hanging out and socializing outside the shop in the parking lot, which i never do at LSC. Bayview mechanics are always friendly and helpful, plus they always give good prices and respond quickly for roadside assistance. I admire that and want to be part of a team that shares those values.

2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):I grew up working with my hands, in a way. My brother and father always had trouble with their cars back home so I took an interest in helping them fix the problems. Turns out I'm pretty good at it. I want to work at Bayview because there's something calming about being up north when you spend most of your time down in the city. But I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I think I'd make a good addition to the team. I am motivated to join Bayview and work hard to complete my training and rise through the ranks whenever able. I can dedicate more than the minimum number of hours per week and can be flexible with the days and times that I start my shift.
- Describe your skills, experience, and what sets you apart
2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?I am a detail oriented individual and I think I've become very patient and hardworking in the years I spent at the deli back home. I'm accustomed to long hours and hard work because of this and given the line of work, I've become adaptable and good at customer service. Moving to a new city has caused me to be adaptable and willing to learn new things.

- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Ask that the customers waiting do their best to remain patient while I work as fast as I can through each person. Apologize for the slow service and offer them any assistance I can.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- Tell them that unfortunately the charge is company policy that I cannot change, apologize for the inconvenience.
- Ask them politely to leave because we do not tolerate that here. If the customer continues to be hostile the cops may need to be called.
