Nearly one year ago, on May 17th, 2025, Los Santos Customs closed its doors.

What started as a dream shared by a few was seen by many as something that would never happen again. Today, that changes.

The brand rights of Los Santos Customs have officially been acquired by Lukas Quinn from the San Andreas State Government, with the State retaining the right to reacquire the brand at a later date.

LSC returns with one purpose: to rebuild around car culture.

Our focus is simple: quality work, strong standards, and respect for the scene. From builds, meets, events, and the people who keep this culture alive, Los Santos Customs intends to return properly and hold itself to the standard the name deserves.

This is not just a reopening. This is the start of the next chapter.

If you believe that you have been the victim of misconduct or wrongdoing from an employee of Los Santos Customs we encourage you to report it. Our Command Staff take every complaint seriously and will attempt to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. Our team will acknowledge every report and will work diligently to get to the bottom of it.

To give a fair chance for any employee to defend themselves or their actions, we only accept complaints from situations that have happened within the last fourteen (14) days. For the best chance of your issue being resolved, evidence of the matter is strongly recommended, at the very least a very detailed description is required.

Planning an event and need support from a mechanic shop? You can count on us for assistance when you need it. This section outlines what Los Santos Customs can provide during an event and what events we can provide for.

1.1. Services We Provide

Los Santos Customs can provide a wide range of professional services for vehicle-related events; car shows, races, and community gatherings. Los Santos Customs is determined to ensure that nothing goes wrong during your event and promise that we can provide what you are looking for.

What can we provide?

Prior Event Support:
- We will perform safety checks for show cars, racing vehicles, or demo units prior to the event.
- We can tune your vehicle for performance - including but not limited to, engine tuning, suspension setup, tire balancing, etc.
- We are able to complete any last-minute aesthetic or performance upgrades.
- We are also able to provide transportation assistance - hauling or helping coordinate transport for any vehicle, even vehicles that aren't streel legal.
On-Site & After Event Support:
- We can provide assistance with repairing vehicles, no matter the amount.
- We can professionally clean & polish vehicles, making them look their best and keeping their shine.
- We can provide transport and towing services, moving out of commission vehicles and show vehicles.
- We are also able to provide a mobile mechanic shop that offers tool and mechanics should you need it.

Requirements:
- All applications, reinstatements & transfers will be subject to a background check for criminal history prior to and during employment with Los Santos Customs. All applicants must be clean of the below listed charges for a minimum of seven (7) or fourteen (14) days, prior to applying to our organisation.
- If you have recently resigned from Los Santos Customs, or have been terminated for whatever reason, you must wait a minimum of one (1) week before posting another application or reinstatement request.
- All applicants of Los Santos Customs are required to possess a valid Driver's License and Trucker's License.

(( Out of Character Requirements: ))
- All applicants are to ensure that they are clear of any administrative record warnings, jails and bans prior to applying.
  - Administrative Warnings: Seven (7) days.
  - Administrative Jail: Seven (7) days.
  - Administrative Bans: Fourteen (14) days.
  - Spoken-to's are not counted towards this requirement.
- All sections of the application must not contain content generated by third-party generative software's (AI).
- All applicants must have a good standard of roleplay or be willing to learn a higher standard of roleplay.
- Where requested, applicants must provide unedited screenshots with the only exception being the administrative panel to crop out the account name.
- Applications that are seen as AI written will be put on hold. Using AI for assistance with grammar is fine.

For a walk-in interview, you will need to review the requirements below prior to coming in and asking for an interview. If you meet our requirements, you are eligible to come to the shop and find either a Supervisory staff member or above, or a Human Resources member to conduct an interview.

You will be asked a series of questions based on yourself, general questions and also final verification questions. Your answers matter and you will be judged on the answers given, resulting in whether or not you will be accepted to join our organization.

Following your interview, you will given an answer of either yes or no. If you are not successful in your interview, we encourage you to go away and work on the feedback that interviewer gives you and apply again in the future. If you are successful, you will be told as such and will be sent back here to fill out the form below for your necessary information (( as well as necessary out-of-character information too )).

2. Requirements

Requirements:
- All applications and applicants will be subject to a background check for criminal history prior to and during employment with Los Santos Customs. All applicants must be clean of the below listed charges for a minimum of seven (7) or fourteen (14) days, prior to applying to our organisation.
- If you have recently resigned from Los Santos Customs, or have been terminated for whatever reason, you must wait a minimum of one (1) week before posting another application or reinstatement request.
- All applicants of Los Santos Customs are required to possess a valid Driver's License and Trucker's License.

Service Rates

Repairs, Vehicle Detailing, and Roadside Assistance - we at LSC believe in affordable maintenance, this is why we charge a flat fee of only $350 labour on any day-to-day service.

Modifications - For modifications we charge a 20% labour fee of the cost of the parts catalogue when you have picked them. (e.g Catalogue shows $25,600 - the labour fee would be $5,120 - with a minimum cost of $200).
