- my names Paul, I'm from Scotland. back home I've grown up around cars and bikes, always enjoyed pulling things apart to understand how they work. I have several years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced car repair shop, servicing and repairing all makes and models of cars trucks and motorcycles , from general servicing to engine swaps. i can take on anything and give it my best shot. what sets me apart is i never like to give up or get beaten by a job. i have a pretty good eye and that comes in handy for body work and for delivering a quality service each and every time, i also have a good work ethic and id consider myself as very punctual and good at time keeping.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- If I’m the only mechanic on duty and there's a long line of customers, I stay calm and id start by making sure everyone knew id be able to assist them as soon as possible and start of with the first person who arrived and end with the last.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?- First, I’d approach the customer respectfully, letting them know I understand their not happy with the price, id then ask them if they wanted to speak to the manager on duty to discuss it further.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?- If a customer is being disrespectful or threatening a colleague, my first priority is to take control of the situation before it escalates. I would step in and remind them that we expect respectful behaviour towards staff and threats are not acceptable.
