- When I left Bayview I also left the city shortly after so I was in another city for a while decided to come back to my home town. I would like to be reinstated because I have put a lot of hours at Bayview and still have the skill to be a great mechanic. Everybody in the city knows Giovanni Rossa as mechanic and it is a great environment. I like the changes the city has been doing and I am ready to come back and spend time at Bayview so all can once again rely on me to get the repairs in at Los Santos.
