    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • ]I would politely re explain what my colleague explained and clarify why the labor fee is needed. I would make sure to keep a respectful tone and avoid escalating the situation. If the customer continues to argue, I would refer the issue to a supervisor or manager to handle it properly.

    • I grew up in a city where it was a high criminal rate wehre there were a lot of stolen cars or cars with severie problems coming to me and my dads house asking for repairs or paintshops or modification because we knew how to do that stuff and since we were in a poverty area we did it for dirt cheap to hopefully get our own shop someday. one day a car got dropped off to my dad while I was on a date 3 men were armed shot and killed my dad at my house for a reason that happend back in the day that I still dont know to this day. So I decided to move out of that city with the rest of the money we had saved up and got a flight to paleto bay and got a small cheap 1 bedroom appartment and say a mechanic shop and decided to try and chase my dreams and represting my dad by making him happy to become a professtional real mechanic.
