- I was born into a middle-class family in Liberty City. Both of my parents were white-collar workers, so there was nothing unusual about my family. I attended local schools, and when I was in high school, I started to feel like I was drowning. I was in need of an exit. After high school, I didn't try to go to college, and instead, I started working as a Burger Shot worker to earn money. After I saved a little money, I bought myself an old car and started tinkering with it. Cars became my passion after that point. I came to Los Santos to earn a living and started to work as a mechanic. After about 2.5 months, I had to go back to my hometown because of my mother's health problems. After helping my mother through tough times, once she was better. I came back to the city, and on the day I returned, I started to work as a cab driver. After working for DCC for 2 months I applied to DOC and got hired after some time I also joined LSEMS then SASG. I was working three jobs and enjoying it but at some point I lost my drive and resigned from all jobs and took a long vacation from city (About 3 Months).

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would serve them first comes first gets service based and ask their patience and apologize to them regarding I am not able to take care of them at the same time. I would recommend if they have urgent business they can try to get service from other mechanic shops.
- I would kindly tell them that there is nothing we can do about labor fee it is a set fee and there is no exceptions to it. I would offer them if they are not happy with our labor fee's they can seek out another mechanic shop which offers lower rates (I don't think they are finding one anytime soon) and check back with us after being settled with our rates.
- I would try to diffuse the situation and settle the situation amicably. If it is not possible or feasible I would kindly ask them to leave and remind them if they keep threatening we will filing complains regarding them to Law enforcement and they might got trespassed from business.
