3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS

3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- if im the only one i would line them up and serve them according to who came first i would try to do my job fast and not make any of them mad the customers also have to be understanding that im the only one here and they need to be patient
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- if the fee is mandtory he will have to pay if he refuse to pay i would nicely tell him to leave as we do not serve him if he dont pay the mandtory fee also if he was new into the city and i can afford it i would pay the fee for him if he is nice with my own money
