- My name is Andrey Severov i'm a Russian/Greek that left the struggles of mother russia to find a better future, and here i am at Los Santos!
I have a huge love for cars, mechanicaly and aethetically and this is the main reason that i want to work as a mechanic, to fix and see amazing cars and interact with people that also have the same passion as me and when i saw the Bayview Mechanic Shop i knew that this is the right place for me.
I have done many jobs since i came to this city, i have workes as truck driver and taxi driver and i have done some other part time jobs, i'm a quick learner and hard worker.

- I want to work at Bayview Auto Center because i have a huge love for cars, that means driving them, admire them and fixing them. I also want to learn new friends along the way that share the same passion as me and together we can move forward and make the best mechanic garage for people to come tune, fix and chill!
- I should be hired because i'm hardworking, ready to handle pressure and new challenges, as i stated above i love cars and everything that comes with them. I want to make new friends that share the same passion as me, make a great team and i'm sure that this will happen since Bayview Auto Center have some great people that everytime i go there they are ready to quick help me with my car or with any question i have and in my eyes this is a huge bonus and this is why i love this place much more than words can express.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would let them know that i'm alone and they will need to be a bit patient and i will form a line with the first that came all the way to last and i will service them one by one.
- I would explain to them that the fee is mandatory by the shop that i'm working for and can not be changed, then if they continue to argue i would let them know that they can speak with a supervisor if any is available at the time.
- I would talk with my colleague, check up on them and then talk with the customer and ask them to be more respectful, if the customer continue to threaten i would call the police.
