- Omar originally came from a small secluded town close to Los Santos. Adapting quickly to the city's fast pace, he started working as a driver for a while just to make a living, it only started with taking a couple of neighbors to work and back, until he decided to become a taxi driver and after a while he got employed at DCC.
Even though Omar's day is full of fun and action, ranging from small talk with passengers on their way to their location, to witnessing crime and having his dash cam footage used as evidence, he also needs to unwind and work somewhere secluded just like the town he grew up at, which makes Paleto a very good candidate.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I've always been interested in becoming a mechanic since I first flew into the city, Bayview has got the environment and reputation I'm seeking. I have met a few of the employees and they were always helpful and hard working which makes the job even more attractive for someone like me. I'm looking to learn the work and stay consistent.
- I believe I should be hired because I'm a serious, hard working individual. I take my job seriously and show up consistently to work.
We all make mistakes and I'm always willing to take feedback and learn from mine.
While I'm very interested in cars, hence my job at DCC, my experience as a mechanic is a bit limited at the moment, but I'm very dedicated and willing to learn! Adapting and good communication are key strengths and important to me.
I would love to not just be present at Bayview, but to hopefully add value to the Auto Center in the near future.
- Reliability, consistent attendance, abilit to adapt, willingness to learn, good communication skills, and most importantly to me strong and clear work ethics

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- First of all I would stay calm and communicate with the customers.
If there are any emergency workers on duty in the queue I would service their vehicles first.
Having the emergency workers out on their way, I would then evaluate the situation to the best of my ability, if they're all in a rush but cooperative, I would suggest getting the easy fixes and quick repairs out of the way first.
Then for the vehicle modifications, it depends on arrival and queue positions.
- I would try not to escalate the situation with the customer and keep him, my colleague, and myself calm.
After the customer is done expressing their unsatisfaction with the labor fee I would again explain that it is mandatory in a clear, respectful way.
If they are still unsatisfied I would call a supervisor or a manager to review the situation.
- I would act depending on the threat.
If it's a simple threat like asking for a supervisor, I would try to deescalate the situation and respectfully ask the customer to speak professionally, and try to solve the issue with them.
If it's a serious threat for my colleague's life, I would call the cops and a supervisor, let them know cops are on their way and try to keep everything under control as much as I could until they arrive.
- First of all I would stay calm and communicate with the customers.

Even though this could backfire and make me sound defensive; I would like to add that a previous application of mine on another character (for another faction) was FALSELY detected as AI generated even though I wrote it myself, so naturally I checked this application and I'm getting mixed results and it's actually driving me nuts, I promise it's all me, and I could easily rewrite the parts it's falsely detecting as AI if needed.
