- Callum was born just far out of Los Santos living a good life. He loved sports and dreamed to be a footballer although this dream went out the window when he was forced to move Los Santos at the age of 13, He then picked up the interest of cars from vintage cars to sport cars to then picking up an interest in bikes. Callum does not like to be in the major city 24/7 and is rather relaxed. Callum loves to hang out with his friends and enjoys going on long late night car rides as this brings back memories from his childhood.

- I would like to work at Bayview as I am a very hard worker and always dedicated on his job and always try's his best to be the best version of himself he can be. I am also very social with others and always wanted to be employed as a mechanic every since I flew into the city
- I think i would be a good candidate because as i said im a very hard worker and always gives it my all, i don't let rude and nasty comments make my head go down or neither do i respond to these in a bad way, I do not have much experience in being a mechanic although i would love to learn and i am also a very fast learner and hold respect to all my colleges.
I take my job very seriously and to hopefully be the best mechanic I can be. I am very social and i am very keen to make good friends across employees at Bayview and I will always provide the customer the best experience i can offer

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- If there is anyone shouting or beeping i would try and calm then down and explain the situation. I would then communicate with the customers on what is happening and ask them to wait patiently and I will help them as fast as I can
- I would explain to the man calmly that there is sadly nothing i can do about this and try to calm down the situation and i will let him know if he wants to complain where he can complain etc. If there is any threats made or he starts to become hostile i would call the police and let the man know that the police are called while still trying to calm down the situation
- I would again try and calm the customer down and if the employee is giving it back i will stop them straight away. i will then say calm down and what is the problem? and find out what has happened. I would then ask him if he would like a supervisor depending on the situation and radio for one. If he is hostile and threatens my colleague i would call the police and radio for a supervisor immediately
