- Brought up in a small town in Ireland, it's no wonder to me that I wanted to get off the island and seek thrills. Growing up I always had dreams of becoming a rally driver. Participating in go-kart racing from a young age, my affinity for vehicles and speed was quickly recognised and I was pulled from school to help my Pa in the garage. Working the garage gave me an opportunity to learn about the cars and vehicles I was used to driving. Now that Pa has retired from the garage, I left home to seek new knowledge and opportunity, still dreaming of living life in the fast lane.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Not only do I have a great affinity for motors, but I have yet to really find my place in Los Santos, and I think that's because I've not been able to engage with my passion for vehicles and car tuning. A job at Bayview would help me to fill this and achieve my potential.
- I've had dreams of working on and driving cars since a very young age, living with my father and seeing all he was doing and soon becoming a part of that. I have a vast knowledge of vehicles both new and old, having worked on and driven both. I don't have any recognised qualifications in the field, but have worked alongside my father who owned a successful garage back home in Ireland since a very young age. My passion for motorsports is unmatched, and I'm eager to share this passion with colleagues and customers if my application is successful. There will not be a customer that enters a bay that is my responsibility that will be leaving unhappy; even if they're just in for a fast repair.
- Reliable and patient, I am also a perfectionist. I won't be happy just rushing a job; I will ensure that the customer has the best for their money before leaving if I am working their vehicle, whilst still maintaining efficiency.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Ask and them for their patience, politely asking that they form an orderly queue so I can get to everyone, ensuring that each vehicle is road ready before leaving the bay.
- Politely explain again that the fee is required, and if they continue to argue the charge and escalate the situation, give them a final warning to accept the charge or leave before we contact Police.
- Try to understand the situation and calm the customer. If the customer doesn't calm down or an understanding is failed to be made, I would call Police.
