My name is Draven Black and I grew up in a little town called Paso Robles just about 4 hours away, it wasn't anything special just had a fair once a year a ravine and lots of winery's. i recently went through some financial burden and was forced to move over here to find employment and along the way I vowed to myself that one day I will make it big and live in a casino penthouse.

I am a really big car guy and would really appreciate learning how to work on my own vehicles as well as help others along the way.

I am a really quick learner, i have an amazing work ethic, will be committed to the job and clocked in very very often. What sets me apart is my superior communication skills, i work really well with peers as well as by myself. Finally i have incredible customer service skills and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to utilize them.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
Id apologize for the wait time, make a few phone calls to a few off duty co workers if possible and offer them something in return for helping me out. If this wasn't possible at that time of this situation id then let the clients know what the estimated time is and try my best to be quick and diligent.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
Id politely and respectfully request that they pay for it and if they persist even further id see if i could convince them but if they were to continue to disregard their obligation to the price, id stay firm on the amount and explain that the local police is not an option id like to exercise but will if need be.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
Escort them off the property and if they don't id call the cops and try to deescalate until they arrive.
