- I'm Anderson, I've lived here for several years now, however I originally moved here from a small farm town of Iowa. I ended up moving to Los Santos due to some personal differences between me and my family. Once moving here, I've done.. a lot honestly. I originally was employed at Downtown Cab co, eventually becoming apart of the management team there. During this time, I had also worked briefly at Los Santos Customs, and Los Santos Emergency Medical services, but eventually sticking to DCC. After some time, I had gotten bored of this life, and went down a different path. I have since decided to come back to Bayview.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I would like to work at Bayview Auto Center for a few reason. First off, I have always loved vehicles, and working on vehicles. I feel this job will help me with this love by being able to work first hand with different vehicles. Additionally, I also want to work at Bayview for the people. I know a lot of people that work here, and am very close with many. I feel working with these people will be a great experience.
2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):- I feel I have a decent set of skills and abilities that will help in my ability to do my duties. First off, I have worked with Bayview as well as Los Santos Customs in the past. I feel working in both of these places before gives me the skills needed to do the job, and understand the ins and outs. Additionally I've also had mechanic experience previously, working on my own vehicles, as well as farm equipment before I even moved to Los Santos. I feel my past experience and ability to do the job well will help greatly in my employment.
2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?- I'm a hard worker and can learn quick. I take advice well and will change how I do things if needed.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would inform them that service will be done in the order they arrived and I would get to them as quick as I could. If they got upset at this, I would try and talk the situation down, calming everyone down.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?- I would once again try and talk them down, telling them the fee is mandatory. If they continue to argue I would refuse service.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?- I would attempt to talk with them, calming the situation down and having them leave. If they continue to be aggressive, I would call the correct authorities.
