- Hi, I`m Tony Steele and I recently moved into the city. I tried to get some money working more as a freelancer, trying different jobs around. I liked a lot working as a road worker because it was well paid and also gave me the chance to meet new people. While exploring the surroundings and travelling up North I`ve found Bayview very animated which made me consider getting a job here. I like to drive a lot and I know some things about cars. So, if I can combine this with a job in this domain which can also offers me the chance to interact with many persons, then this is my next step that I want to make.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview Auto Center because I think this is the most fit job for me in this city. After I tried multiple freelancer jobs, I am looking for something more organized and from all the car services I have visited I think Bayview is the one that fits me. The location and the people from here attract me.
- I like cars. I guess this is the most important thing when you are a mechanic. And my willingness to work and determination can bring more enthusiasm. I`m at the start of my journey, so I`ll give my best to make a great work here and don`t disappoint. I am a team player, always trying to help my colleagues. I consider myself a quick learner, so I hope that I won`t give you a headache during my training period. I know how to unscrew a bolt, change some tires, basic things. My Warrener is a pain, trust me, I needed to learn.
- I think that my biggest quality is that I`m a team player. Also I am serious, rigorous and client oriented.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I’d greet everyone in line to let them know I appreciate their patience. I`ll let them know that the waiting time would be longer than usual and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Then I`ll process each of them in the order they arrived.
- First of all I will keep my calm and I`d listen what the customer has to say and why he thinks something is not right with the charge. I would break down the bill to be easier for him to follow and show him that everything was charged accordingly to each process that was agreed from the start.
- In case he already begins to threat then the first thing would be to make a call to police. I would keep my calm so the things to not escalade.
