3.1 Introduction
Congratulations on joining the Weazel Network! As a new employee, you are required to undergo a training period where you can learn the ropes of being a Weazel employee. This is also a period during which you will be evaluated, to ensure you are making sufficient progress to become a Junior Employee.
3.2 Training Requirements
In order to be successful during your training you must:
- Post several Bulk Ads out without any mistakes, showing you are comfortable with the bulk sheet, and using the calculator, etc.
- Respond to a news request, and be able to deliver a creative advertisement with color and icons without any help from your trainer. (If help is needed do ask, to pass this step you must do it without support)
- Successfully complete a Blip for either a business or a house and show that you know the difference in pricing structures between both of them.
3.3 Completing Your Training
You have a maximum of 2 WEEKS to complete your training. If you feel you have successfully completed the requirements for your training in under 2 weeks, and you have shown that you are capable of progressing, you must submit a trainee evaluation request here. Once this is submitted your performance will be reviewed and if you have been successful you will be promoted to Junior Staff.
However, if 2 weeks have passed and you have not met the requirements or you have received disciplinary actions, then you may fail your training and have your employment terminated. If you are unable to show up to work and complete your training within 2 weeks for whatever reason, you must submit an LOA and inform HR. Your training period may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
