- Max Winter was born into a small home consisting of himself, his mother, his father and his two younger brothers. When Max was only 6 years old, he found himself in a tough spot in his life. Max's mother had made the decision to take his younger brothers away and move to America, leaving Max and his father. Max was lonely, bored and when he wasn't outside playing with his friends he would find himself sitting by himself at home. Max's dad was a very respected man within the area as he opened his very own mechanic shop after retiring from a long career within the British SAS and had previously served 6 years in the British Army. When Max was just 13 years old he wanted to build some money up in his pocket so began to sell sweets within school, this is what developed Max's business mindset. When Max was 16 years old, his father was able to legally hire him into the mechanic shop as an apprentice which is what he did. Max worked with his father for 2 years before he decided to travel with his close friend, he travelled to different countries around the world and while visiting Los Santos he loved it so much he decided to move there for good and begin a new life.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would work as fast as I can while remaining calm and upholding my good quality of work. I would attempt to get a hold of someone else to come on duty and help out to increase productivity but if I cannot then i would just keep working as hard as I can until the rush dies down. No matter if there is a long line or a small line I must remain calm and give a good quality service to the customers while also trying to get through as many as possible.
- I would remain calm and respectful and notify the customer that this is our set fee and we must charge this onto of our service fee - If the customer continues to dismiss this I would notify a managerial member of staff who would be able to handle it if possible. In the rare occurrence where there is nobody higher rank than me on duty and I feel the customer was getting aggressive I may contact law enforcement so that it does not escalate further and impact me or any customers.
- I would instantly ask the customer to leave If I were to have the power to do so as colleagues are not here to be threatened. I would notify a manager and we may contact the Sheriffs department so that they can ensure that these threats are not followed up on and everybody's safety is solid.
