    • Damon Sparrow was born in a small part in Red County, He had 5 siblings which lead to his development of his competitive personality, He finished his university with a bachelors in Business Administration, Damon fell in love at the age 16 with a girl who left him heart broken when she flew to England so because of that Damon decided to make a name for himself and move to the big city of Los Santos to look for more interesting and competitive job opportunities, He initially started working as a mechanic in the Los Santos Customs but due to some conflicts out of the city He had to leave the city for a while, however now that he has come back, He has decided to follow up on his actual dream which is to live in a county rather than a main city because it's similar to where he grew up, Damon's father was in navy so he's been mentored into a military personality.

    • So as I mentioned in my biography, I was raised in Red County and I'm really fond of the quiet yet unpredictable nature of the counties, I believe the location for the BayView Auto Center serves perfectly to my preferences, secondly and most importantly, I've always had a knack for vehicles and I've always admired the BayView Employees because of how friendly and well maintained they are and I aim to join the leagues with such collogues.
    2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
    • So firstly and foremost I'd like to point out that I'm a very competitive person and I see each new problem as a new opportunity to learn and master it, Secondly I've pride myself with excellent confidence when it comes to customer service and I'm certain this skill will come more than handy in my tenure at the BayView Auto Center. I'd also like to mention that I'm a really good listener and that makes me a good learner as well, I look forward to working with a well organized and structured organization such as the Bay View Auto Center and give my one hundred percent.

    • I will bring my 100% work ethics and dedication to the bayview autocenter and I will bring a jolly environment that comes along with my personality, I will ensure that I put my name along with the most hard working employees in the Auto Center and will try my best to keep it there as long as it's possible.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • First of all I'll try to organize the queue well so that everyone gets the service depending on who came first, secondly I'll inform them about the short staff issue and ask them to be patient and then I'll service each of them myself one by one based on who cam first.
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • Firstly I'll tell them politely yet again that the fee is mandatory and they are causing a nuisance by refusing to oblige, if they do not agree or calm down despite my numerous efforts to deescalate the situation then I will proceed to inform the supervisor on shift about it and inform the law enforcement agencies and will also remind the customer that such behavior can land them on the blacklist.
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • I will try my best to calm them down, if that behavior doesn't stop I'll contact the supervisor on shift and inform them of this situation and try to get the Law Enforcement there to ensure the safety of my collogues.
