1.6 Personal Biography (Minimum 100 words): Jacob Tartel is a problem solver, a mechanic and above all strong willed. Raised on a farm not too far off from a small town in Texas, he knows what it’s like to ration and to not take what he has for granted. His father was a very do-it all himself kind of person, and Jacob has absorbed that mentality from him. Due to this, Jacob often tries to do everything himself - even if he really shouldn’t. He never knew the embrace of a mother, though, as she died giving birth to him. This is something that haunts him, having guilt that he was the cause, even if he couldn’t do anything about it.
He was beaten by his Father until he was 16 years old. His Uncle had taken him in and let him live with him. His Uncle was very good to him as they were very close with each other. He was traumatized from the things that his Father had done to him and would drink a lot to help forget the things he had been through. Jacob was in and out of Juvey growing up as it is the only thing he knew. He grew up with a lot of bad influences as it has passed on to him from hanging out with certain family members such as his Father. His uncle wasn't thing best either, he didn't beat on Jacob but he would have friends over to smoke and drink all the time. When Jacob turned 18 he realized if he got arrested again it would probably be big boy jail next. He decided it was time to change his life and gathered as much money as he could to try to move out. He had then thought of where he would move when he thought about Los Santos, Jacob thought that would be perfect. He decided to move to Los Santos hoping for a better life.

2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words): one of the reasons I would like to work at Bayview because I have many friends that work at Bayview. Another is because I love how engine's work and think it is very fascinating and cool. I have worked at Bayview in the past a while ago as well it was about 3 plus years ago and I loved it as well. I love the Bayview community.

2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words): One reason I feel like I should be hired is because I have past experience. As I have worked at Bayview in the past even if it was a while ago I remember everything about Bayview. I am friends with a lot of people from Bayview and would love to work with them. I am a very friendly person, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this job. I am a Handworker as well and will work as hard as possible even when no one is there but myself. I am very good at talking to people and making friends so the people I have not met yet I will meet and become very good associates with them.

2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?: One skill of mine is that I am a very hard worker. I work as hard as possible until I can't any longer. I will do my best to fulfill my duties even when no one is watching I still work as hard as possible. I am very good at talking to people. If something is wrong I can try my best to fix it and make sure everyone is happy. I try to be very nice to others no matter what, I go out of my way to help others no matter what the cause is. I always tell the truth even if it might hurt me in the long run as I do not see a point of lying to people as it just makes things worst for others and myself. I feel as if I am fit for the job as I have worked at Bayview before and am very experienced.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would ask through radio if anyone is able to come on down to Bayview and help, I would then get started on the line of cars I would work on the cars determining by who was here first to last.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- I would explain it to them again and tell them if they are not happy with it they can leave. I would kindly tell them it is mandatory and there is nothing that we can do about it.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I would try to calm the situation down firstly. If he keeps being aggressive I would ask him to leave or I will call the cops on him. If he does not leave I would call the cops and ask that he is removed from the property.
