- I used to live in germany with 1 sister and a father, My father used to have a mechanic shop in our home town next to our house, I used to go to school everyday me and my sister and we were watching our fathers working every hard on the customer's car which made me fall in love into cars and like that, I start to walk by the workshop after I finish my school and admire my father's working on cars, Day by day my fathers starts to get really sick and he wasn't trying to work as he used to do so me and my sister became in charge and started to lock in more into cars and learned most of the thing but it was really hard in the begining after my father passed away it got more hard and we planned to move to Los santos to find the path our father taught us so hopefully it could be here in this company.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I would like to work at bayview because I used to work at my father's work shop and I got a bit of experience which is really needed in this company, I see bayview as more of family than a company and that's what I actually needed after I lost my father, Bayview seems really what I been looking forward till I came to Los Santos.
- I believe I would be a great addition to your mechanic shop because I have strong mechanical skill and Pervious expereince, I know how to fix most of the parts of the vehicle, Do some mods for example change the tires or place a fancy spoiler, I work very well under pressure and Always stays professional with clients,I'm also a quick learner who always picks up the tricks and the advies very quick so It won't take that long while training me, I will always make sure to put a smile and make the clients statsfiyed whenever they leave the workshop.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I will start to organize the Line and make sure everyone gets their repairs in time and their turns, I won't allow any customer to jump out the line to get his repair faster.
- I will try to talk to the customer with a calm tune and expalin to him that the labor is mandatory and it's not allowed to leave like that without paying, If he keep arguing about that I will contact the supervisor and let them know.
- I will calm my colleagues for sure and try to sort the situation and if it became a big of deal I will try to reach out to the supervisor on shift.
