- I'm Tauheed Rahman, a former LSC apprentice, now aged 19. Ever since I recall from early childhood, cars have been fascinating for me, and the dream of becoming a mechanic has always remained. I would have wanted to go join Benny's, but with no manager available, I took up this opportunity instead. Although it is a small town, it does require excellent mechanics, which is a perfect situation to build my career; I have learned mechanical training in so many areas, though I am yet to take flatbed training. I want to learn and develop my skills in the automotive field even more now.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Ive seen workers outside the lot when theres no customers talking and theres cars there that makes it interesting to me its a small town with good community and good houses there allways loved bayview auto since i joined. expierenced in Cars and engine repairing and others. not trained for flatbed yet.
- I have a great depth of knowledge in engines, and I was trained to the highest standards throughout my initial training. While I have not yet undertaken training in flatbeds, I would very much like to be trained in this area. Should there be any opportunities for further training, I would gladly accept. My attitude is always positive and very professional. I will ensure that each customer is given fabulous service as customer satisfaction is as important to me as mechanic skills, and I will try to provide him with both.
My passion for cars and mechanics inspires me to keep improving and perfecting my skills every day. Hardworking; dependable; trustworthy; and committed to whatever I undertake is how I see myself. Bayview has a stunning crew of professional mechanics, and I feel that my skill, hard work, and service spirit would be an excellent addition to the team. I shall put my best foot forward to help Bayview build on its successes and, most importantly, maintain its reputation in the city if given a chance.

- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would tell my customers ' Sorry for the delay as im the only mechanic in duty its gonna be a little delayed until a another mechanic comes please bare with me thanks".
- i will handle it by saying "sorry its company policy and theres is nothing i can do about it " if they still argue i will cal manager or LSPD.
- I will call the LSPD and hold off the customer by talking to him until LSPD comes.
