- I'm Valerie. I just recently came into Los Santos. I came here for.. change. It was time to move on from Baltimore. I had been there my whole life, and it just became to be too much. My Parents.. well.. to say the least didn't help any.. Nor did any of me.. siblings. The whole place killed my mental health.. I'm hoping to come to Los Santos for a change.. hopefully for the better. I'm somewhat quiet.. and to myself. I'm hoping Los Santos is a better environment to grow and change.. but we see. Other then that.. about me.. I enjoy cars, reading.. and as weird as this is going to sound.. weapons. I enjoy collecting blades. Just a weird fact.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work here for a few reasons. One, I hope to help get off my feet. I did not move here with much. Additionally, mechanics, and cars have always been a hobby of mine, and I feel working in a mechanic shop, specially Bayview, will help continue this hobby.
- I have a few skills I feel that will be beneficial to Bayview. First, back in Baltimore, I did a little mechanic work on the side. I did what I could to get by, so, mechanics was something I was good at. Additionally, back to doing what I had to do, I feel this helps show me determinations and ability to learn and do what is needed for the business. Additionally, I feel I learn pretty quickly, this will be good for having to learn how everything works at Bayview. Finally, I think my experience with vehicles in general will help when it comes to having to work and give advice to clients on their vehicles.
- As I somewhat said above, I'm a hard worker, having to basically work for scraps back home. Additionally, as stated, I'm willing to learn what is needed to do the job the best I can.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I inform the customers that I will be servicing them in order they came in, and that it might take longer due to being the only mechanic on shift. If they begin to get upset I would try and talk them down as best I can, trying to get an understanding with them.
- I would attempt to further talk them down. If this does not work, I would tell them that if they do not want to pay the price, I would not be able to service them. If they continue to get upset and aggressive, I would walk away from the situation and report it if needed.
- I would attempt to calm them down, and talk with them to try and calm the situation. If it continues to worsen and they get aggressive, I would report it to the correct sources.
