Bio: My name’s Logan West. I’m 24 years old, born and raised right here in Los Santos. Growing up in this city, you learn fast, either you stick to your values or you won't be safe on the streets. A lot of people I grew up with chose the fast life. But I always believed there was a better way.
I’ve worked all kinds of jobs, late night security shifts, was in the LSPD in other cities, anything that kept me on the right side of the law. I’ve seen the worst sides of this city, and of course, I’ve been tempted. Money and power, all of it, was within reach. But I never want to build a life on fear or lies.
Simply, I’m just a guy who wants to live clean, earn an honest living, and stay true to who I am even when the world around me is doing wrong. Its not easy. But I’m still standing. And that counts for something.

- I want to work at Bayview Auto Center because I love cars and helping people. I take pride in having honest and skilled work. And I believe that working with a team in a respected shop like Bayview would be the perfect opportunity for me to grow and do what I love every day.

- I might not have job experience as a mechanic, but I make up for that with my strong work ethic and willingness to learn. I’ve worked jobs that required discipline, patience, and teamwork, like security and law enforcement, so I know how to stay calm under pressure and handle responsibility. I always do what is asked of me on time and would never fail to deliver; I would also stay focused and treat people with respect. I believe in doing things the right way, and I’m ready to commit fully to any opportunity that helps me grow and stay on a good path. I’m not here to mess around. I’m here to earn my place.

- I would stay calm try to explain again differently, and call a supervisor if needed. And most importantly, stay respectful.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I would step in and try to de-escalate the situation and protect my coworker at all costs. Get higher-ups and police involved if needed.
