- My name is Tauheed Rahman I am a 19-year-old male, a former LSC trainee. I currently work at burgershot which is good for me right now, having been in the city for over 2 months. I have always had a passion for mechanics. I really do see myself as a mechanic in the future. I love repairing cars in my free time. I used to work with road workers and used to be a truck driver. when i saw bayview was hiring, it gave me flashbacks of me when i was little fixing cars with my father. so yeah this is how much mechanics means to me. Thanks
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I use to do mechanics when I was little, and I told myself that when i grow up I would either work at LSC or Bayview. After my training session in LSC, I got terminated for my skills, which is very sad to me. I've been in the city for 2 more months after I got terminated and now I see bayview is hiring and I wanted to share my skills with bayview.
- I really think you guys should hire me because I have had really good mechanical skills ever since I was little. I know all sorts of engines—2JZ, SR20, 1JZ and even turbos, single turbo, supercharger, twin turbos, and all sorts. My skills with repairing vehicles is unbelievable and you would only see these skills when you Hire me. I am a hard worker and i can push 20 Hours or above every week. I can be a good employee and make sure everyone has a good and positive experience at Bayview and with the workers there. This is why I think you guys should hire me.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would tell all the customers that " I am sorry but I am the only employee working currently and im sorry for the delay but please bare with me"
- I would go and help my colleague by telling the customer, " hey my friend here has told you about the labor fee and you must pay for it before we continue. If you don't like this, I can call HR or manager'' If there is no HR or manager in duty i'll call police.
- I would phone Police and go to the customer and tell him to immediatly leave the police are on its way.
