- Firstly, I got terminated due to inactivity and went on vacation due to which I failed to complete my weekly hours, ever since I got terminated all I have been doing is some trucking, oil mining and just roaming around the city, never got involved in any criminal act or organization and since I am back from vacation and ready to serve Bayview once again, I am filling this reinstatement application to get another chance to prove that I am a good asset as a mechanic for the bayview company.
