- I was born in Boston, and I grew up in a family of 3. My dad was a mechanic and my mom was a nurse. I always loved cars as my dad was always working on them. When I got older I was bouncing around from odd job to odd job, but always fixing my own car and others cars on the side for cash. It never occured to me that I had a skill that I could have used for a career. But my life took a turn for the worse, my parents fell into the Orca pit at seaworld, and were ripped to shreds in front of my eyes. Looking to start fresh I moved to the big city, and am looking to start a fulltime career that reminds me of my great childhood.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview auto center because I have always loved cars, and worked on cars with my dad. Ever since I moved to Los Santos I have been caved in on with rampant drug addicts around ever corner, crumbling businesses, and a community on the brink of falling. But when I arrived at bayview for professional help on my car with an issue i couldn't do as a one man job, it felt like home. Amidst the terror of the city i could feel the warmth of my old home again, and that is why I want to work at Bayview auto center.
- I have been around cars all my life. My family owned warreners and biftas, so imagine how much work we were constantly putting into those bad boys! I know all the tricks and trades of car repair and diagnosing, and would love to take my skill and use it to help the community out. I also have very good people skills such as communication and de escalation skills. As we know every business is just as much people oriented as it it the actual skill or job being done, so given both of these things I think I would be a good hire.

- When I moved to Los Santos I was in a bad place. My family had just passed away and I was looking for a fresh start as I couldn't stay around home with out breaking down in tears at every corner remembering the past. When I got to Los Santos I was staying at jamestown apartments as it was all i could afford. While I was there the glince and the glammer of everyone rolling around in their low rider cars and designer outfits caught my attention. I befrended someone I shoulnd't have and they got me into the lifestyle claiming it was "quick and easy money." I later learned that this group was not all as it seemed and had a horrible side to it. I got myself in trouble, and since then I have been in rehab and have distanced myself from the group and just been taking shifts at burgershot to help support myself. But now I am looking to the future, not the past, and looking for a stable job and to do something where I know I am helping people every day, not hurting them.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would work dilligently and quickly as well, but make sure that each and every problem with everyone's vehicles are accounted for and fixed as to provide the top notch service that Bayview offers. I will also make sure to let each person waiting that I am working as quickly as possible and will get to help them as soon as possible. I will also perform well in this scenario as performing under pressure is something that I can handle quite well.
- I will de escalate any tensions between everyone including myself and simply let the person know that we cannot take off the fee as it is mandatory. If possible I may provide them a discount in other areas, or tell them that they can get their windows polished on the house as a curtesy for the price.
- I would come over and try to de escalate the situation as quickly as possible. I would simply just ask them both to go their separate ways and to cool off as anything this person is going to do is not worth it. I would make sure to recommend both cool off and not "take sides" even though obviously I will side with my co worker but as a means as to not point fingers at the already mad person and get them even angrier.

- MY MAY 18TH BAN IS JUST AN APPEALED BAN THAT GOT CHANGED, THEY SIMPLY CHANGED THE RULING. YOU CAN SEE THAT MY MAY 14TH WAS VOIDED BUT CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT RULING. Admin Kat voided my may 14th and changed the ruling on the 18th.
