    1.5 Driver's License: 1.6 Personal Biography (Minimum 100 words):
    • I was born in Los Santos and grew up surrounded by the noise, speed, and streets of this city. Since I was a kid, I’ve always been into cars, not just how they look, but what makes them move. I’d spend time around garages, watching mechanics work, asking questions, and slowly picking things up. Eventually, I got a chance to work at Benny’s for a while, which really gave me hands-on experience.
But somewhere along the way, I got caught up in the wrong crowd and started drifting into illegal stuff. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I was moving away from what I truly loved, working with cars. So I made the decision to change, get back on track, and focus on becoming a better version of myself.
Now, I’m looking to join Bayview not just to stay on the right path, but to grow, learn more, and help the team with everything I’ve got. I know I still have room to improve, and Bayview feels like the right place to do that while contributing something real.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
    • I want to work at Bayview Auto Center because I see it as the perfect place to grow both personally and professionally. Working around cars has always been something I enjoy, and Bayview has a solid reputation for quality work and a strong team. I’m looking for a fresh start and a chance to get back to doing what I love in a professional environment. I want to be part of something that pushes me to improve my skills while also contributing to a team that takes pride in what they do.
2.2 Why should we hire you? (Minimum 100 words):
    • You should hire me because I bring real passion, hands-on experience, and a mindset that’s focused on growth and improvement. I’ve spent time working at Benny’s, where I got practical skills and learned how to handle real automotive jobs. I’ve made mistakes in the past, but I’ve learned from them and turned my life around. I’m not just looking for a job, I’m looking for a place to prove myself, grow, and give back to a team that supports the same values. I’m reliable, I work well under pressure, and I’m always ready to learn something new or help out wherever I can. I believe I can add real value to Bayview while continuing to sharpen my skills.
2.3 What qualities will you bring to Bayview Auto Center?
    • I bring loyalty, a strong work ethic, and a real passion for cars. I’m someone who stays focused, learns fast, and isn’t afraid to get my hands dirty. I work well with others, stay calm under pressure, and I take pride in doing things the right way. After everything I’ve been through, I’ve learned the value of discipline and staying on track. I’m also honest, dependable, and always ready to step up when the team needs support. You can count on me to stay committed and keep improving every day.

      No
2.5 If you answered "Yes" to the above, please explain the circumstances:
    • A while back, I got involved with the wrong crowd and ended up doing some illegal work. It wasn’t something I’m proud of, and it took me some time to realize I was heading down the wrong path. I stepped away from that life because I knew it was pulling me away from what I truly care about, working with cars and building something real. Since then, I’ve been focused on turning things around, staying clean, and getting back to what I love. That’s why I’m applying here — to move forward and keep doing better.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • If I’m the only mechanic and there’s a long line, I’d keep my cool and try not to stress. I’d quickly figure out which jobs need to be done first and talk to the customers, letting them know there might be a wait but I’m on it. Being honest and upfront helps people stay patient. I’d work as fast as I can without cutting corners, because quality matters. If things get really busy, I’d see if someone can help out or if we can set up appointments so it doesn’t get too overwhelming. The key is to stay calm and keep everyone informed.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • If the customer still refuses to pay after my colleague explained the fee, I’d stay calm and respectful. I’d try to calmly explain again why the labor fee is necessary and what it covers. If they continue to argue, I’d let them know that the fee is standard policy and non-negotiable. At that point, I’d suggest involving a manager or supervisor to help handle the situation and find a fair solution. It’s important to keep things professional and avoid any conflict while standing firm on the policy.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • If a customer started being disrespectful or threatening towards a colleague, I’d step in calmly and try to defuse the situation. I’d ask the customer to please stay respectful and remind them that we’re here to help. If the behavior didn’t stop, I’d back my colleague up and let the customer know that threats or disrespect won’t be tolerated. If needed, I’d get a manager involved or call security to keep everyone safe. Protecting my team and keeping a safe, professional environment is really important to me.
