- Struggle, that one word that describes Alexander Warcury whole life. His life is full of emptiness. After his parents died, he struggled finding happiness. He failed to find a girlfriend, lost his best friend in the shootout and also got suspended because he revenged his friend's death. He is a very hospitable and kind person. He loves learning new things, even though he struggles in life. Though he struggled, he is a very well built, athletic man. He is 6 feet tall and is good-looking. He was born on December 8, 1991. He was raised by Mr. Leo, a retired Police officer but sadly his dad died when he was 16. He loves his family so much, that he cannot live without them. Marcus Leo was so kind, his parents always taught him to be hospitable, kind, and courageous.
In his early age, he did average at school in academics but he joins sports like soccer and football while growing up. He was known to be the best soccer player in his school. And because of that, girls liked him. At high school, he did pretty well in class, and still participates in sports. In the first year of high school, his soccer team was champion at the national level. Before graduating, his father retired from being a police officer, then just helped his mom in the bakery. He graduated with, of course, a sports award.
He chose law school, as recommended by his father. He wasn’t forced to study law. A second year of college, he almost failed English classes, but because of his teacher, he passed miraculously. He struggled in Math and Science. But he still never gave up on learning. At that point, he seldom joined sports activities because he was forced to concentrate on his studies. At college, his father suffered from stage four lung cancer, and unfortunately, he passed away.
Because of this, he was devastated and failed some subjects in college.
He graduated without his father watching.
He tried applying at Navy, but failed the interview. His family moved and there he tried looking for a job. He failed numerous police academies in some cities, but never gave up. He just chose to be just a security guard, then became a waiter, and did many other part-time jobs. After struggling for years,he decided to escape the city to find a better one.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I’d keep my cool and start sorting the tasks by how urgent they are tackling emergency repairs first, followed by quicker jobs like oil changes or tire fixes. I’d make sure to communicate clearly with each customer, providing them with estimated wait times and keeping them updated throughout the process. My main priorities would be top-notch customer service and efficiency, all while ensuring that quality remains high.
- I would respectfully reinforce what my colleague explained, and calmly clarify that the fee reflects the professional work done. If they still refuse, I’d inform them they can speak to a manager or file a formal complaint, but the policy stands. Staying calm and professional is key in these situations.
- I would immediately step in, ask the customer to calm down, and remove them from the situation if needed to de-escalate. I’d prioritize my colleague’s safety and notify management or security. Threats and disrespect are not tolerated, and I’d help document the situation if further action is needed.
