- Born in Liberty City, my parents always struggled with keeping a roof over my sister and I. Growing up, I would always help my father with his mechanic work to give the family an extra source of income, and doing so I picked up a few skills when it can to vehicle work. After graduating high school, I tried attending college, but I couldn't stand the things they were teaching us. So, I gave most of my money I saved up to my parents, and used the rest to move to Los Santos to start a new slate of my life. I'm hoping I can pick up this mechanic job to help me start my new life.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview Auto Center for many reasons. First off, I have always been around vehicles, ever since I was growing up. I also would like to enhance my skills. I've always wanted to pop the hood of and car and be able to work on it to some extent, and I know taking this job will teach me to do so.
- You should hire me for many reasons. For one, I have many skills when it comes to vehicles that most others don't, I have been working around them for ages. Secondly, I am a dedicated worker. Whenever I am given an assignment I'll get it done to the best of my abilities, this means no shortcuts. Lastly, I know how to maintain my energy. What I mean by this is I won't burn myself within the first week of working here, I will manage my time so Bayview can get the most out of me in the long run. The problem a lot of new employees have are getting burnt out too fast because they don't know how to limit themselves.
- Some qualities I will bring to Bayview are humility, hard-working, customer satisfaction, and overall being another asset to the company.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- First, I would let the customers know that the wait may be long, but they will be served sooner or later. Next, I would try to message or call any associates that are in the city if they could come and help out. I would then start doing my job, repairing. Hopefully I would have to co-workers show up and the situation would be finished.
- I would back my colleague up and assertively explain to them that a fee is mandatory and cannot be removed. I would tell them that this is something that everyone must pay, and it's just apart of the system, nothing anyone would help. If deescalating the situation doesn't work, I would call my higherup/supervisor so they could hopefully resolve the situation.
- First, I would ask the customer what was going down in an attempt to get their side of the story. After, depending on the situation, I would try my best to deescalate the situation according to the problem. Again, if the customer doesn't calm down I would ask my co-worker to walk away, not because it's their fault, but to prevent any possible danger they could be in. I would then contact one of my higherups so they could appropriately deal with the situation.

- Not sure if it's relevant, but I worked here on another character so I have a grasp of how the system works to repair vehicles, not sure if it's changed.
