- Christopher Bliss grew up on the east coast where he spent his childhood/teenage years working for family as a diesel mechanic. After the death of his father his older brother took over the company and pushed Chris out of the picture beause he didnt want to share any of the future success with him. In hopes of finding a new way for himself, Chris packed everything he owned into his rumpo and headed across country. Finally running out of money once he made it to Los Santos. After working every odd job that he could find hes decided to put his knowledge to good use and apply to be a mechanic.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- Ive spent a good bit of time hanging around bayview since Ive been working at the burgershot on and off since I've been in town. The shop and the people who work their have always treated me with such kindness that id love to put my name in the running to become a member of such a great team of people.
- Growing up I learned from my father how to fix anything from a lawnmower all the way to a 18 wheeler. I bring a lot of knowledge and experience on working in a high paced, high stress environment. I know what it takes to run a shop both from the being on the floor to sitting behind the desk signing the checks. But with that being said I am more then willing to be a team player. I know when to stay in my lane and follow orders but i also know how to take charge and do what needs to be done.
- I will bring a hardworking can-do attitude to the team. Im always available to help and share my knowledge with anyone who needs it. Most importantly i know how to do what it takes to make the customer happy. Im easy to get along with and will do whatever it takes to help keep Bayview successful.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Once I am done talking with the first customer in line and have told them to pull their vehicle into the shop, I would acknowledge the rest of the customers in line and explain to them that i will get to them as quickly as possible. Once doing so I will working quickly and efficiently to get through all of the customers in a timely manner.
- Once ive noticed the customer arguing with my coworker, I will call over the radio to see if we can have a manager come and help defuse the situation and handle the customers complaints. If none are available I would calmly talk with the customer and my coworker to try and further explain the situation in hopes that another outside voice could help defuse the situation.
- First I would call over the radio for a manager to see if anyone is available to help calm the customer down. If none are available i would place a call into local law enforcement because no threat should be taken lightly. While doing so I would be keeping an eye on the situation as to not leave my coworker without any support if needed.
