- My Name is Mohammed Azar and i get called azar, I used to work under AAZ TRANS AND CIVIL trucking company at new zealand, we use to deliever, service, maintain, construct things up to the standards. I moved here as my father wanted to expand his business here but I have decided not to do AAZ and do bayview. My hobbies is do Build, construct, service, sleep, and drift. I have gone through a lot of things at nz which i cant really state here. I have recently just moved here couple days ago and my brothers are all mechanic except for zohair.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- AAZ was all about service, service even goes under being a mechanic, I have had some solid mechanic experience when i did a little part time at rahs mechanic shop at nz. I also want to join bayview as all my family is inn bayviiew and i really think id be a great fit.

- I have done AAZ for about 10 years at thats a long time and that even states that my communication skills is strong, I have done mechanics part time at Rahs shop, I have certificate in civil engineering, mechanics engineering, digital technology, electrical engineering, mechanical construction engineeering, architure. I havve been in service for a pretty long as you can see, I have strong mechanic skills as i know all the engine parts and all the turbo parts and everything. I still do learn, and yeah just trust the process and ill show you what ive got and all the skills, bayview needs me.

- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Apologise to all and say im the only mechanic on duty and I will try my best to get to you ASAP
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- I would explain that we explained the fee and if you want to escalate this we will cal HR or Police
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I would call the police and get the colleague to saftey.
