- I'am Jax Ryder and i have been in los santos for about 6 months. i love going for drives with friends through the city. i also love anything with an engine. i always do my own repairs and am considered a handyman. My previous jobs outside the military have been only car related and thats the way i like it. it is my dream to open up my own business one day. and maybe with the help of bayview i can one day achieve that dream.

I' am mechanically inclined and love anything with a motor. my only past job experience in this city is Los santos customs(RIP). i made it onto the Human resources team and loved all of it. cars are my passion and if i can work on them all day long i would.

I' am already trained for the most part besides company rules and regulations. i have previous experience from los santos customs. i will show up to work everyday and will bring speed and precision to the shop. i will always show professionalism and courtesy towards all coworkers and fellow employees. i have always loved mechanics and would be ever so gracious to work at this amazing business. i will do my best to work up the ranks so i can be whatever the company needs me to be.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- Just politely let them know it will be a minute before service and that they will be quick and efficiently. and then thank them for choosing bayview.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- I would politely tell him that it is policy and i cannot work without the labor fees. all while still trying to keep the situation calm and relaxed
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I would tell that customer that he will have to behave in a professional manner or i will have to ask him to leave the premises
