- Hello, my name is Mohammed Inan and I am 26 years old. I’ve been interested in cars since childhood. Sadly, after my parents divorced and separated, I had to start working at 16 and couldn’t finish college. Over the years, I have worked in different jobs like trucking, always showing up on time and working hard. I enjoy driving around the city and hanging out with friends. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own car, but for now, I just enjoy learning how they work. I like working in a team but can also work alone. I believe I would fit well at Bayview and I’m ready to improve myself every day.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I always interested in cars and stuffs. And Before i used to do trucking, farming and more jobs but it was really hard working and felt alone with no support. I wasnt improving my skills and experience at all But In bayview center, I will love give services to the customer and I like to be in a team and learning, improving. Also I will able to commiunicate with people and make a good connection. I will really enjoy spending at bayview auto center. .

- Honestly I really need the job as i saw that i fits for the job, I have been work really hard by doing trucking, farming and these freelancer jobs with no result and i really feel alone and with no support and no improvement at all. and Im really hard working for the job and i will done my job perfectly and not being lazy and improving myself by learning everything. Im not skilled or experienced at these kind of jobs but i will complete my works done in Bayview auto center And I will be in the rule and learning more stuffs and improving myself. I will be really respectful and calm in all situation with customers and giving them best service possible. Im willing to learning more and more. .

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would welcome everyone and let them know about the wait time and their position in line. I’d handle customers in order and treat everyone equally with respect. I’d work as quickly as I can without rushing. If possible, I’d call another mechanic to help out.
3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
- I would stay calm and respectful, explaining that the fee is standard and covers the work done. If they still refused to pay, I would let a supervisor or HR handle the situation to prevent it from getting worse. I’d keep the situation as calm and respectful as possible.
3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
- I would tell the customer to calm down and speak respectfully, and ask what the problem is. If they kept acting the same way, I’d make sure my colleague is safe and contact security or the police if needed. I’d also report the incident to management right away.
