- I'm a city gal that's been around Los Santos for a while now. Personally, I love to seek out new things to do, and I think working as a mechanic would be one of the things that I’d love to do and expand my horizons further than just driving around a taxi all the time. That and I wish to expand my resume and portfolio with much more things and experiences than I currently have. Currently I am employed at Downtown Cab Co. and I want to branch out my resume to other areas as well. I primarily just drive cabs around but I also love hanging out with friends in my spare time.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- The main reason I want to work at Bayview Auto Center is that I've received amazing customer service from there and I want to add on to that customer service. The secondary reason I want to work at Bayview is because I want a breath of fresh air away from the city just calming down not needing to drive anywhere just servicing cars for people.
- Well for skills, there's not much to me. At most I can drive a cab, I can make radio calls, and I can handle driving. But there is one thing that I believe that sets me apart. I can learn things at a faster pace than most and retain most if not all of what I was taught in that segment.. At Downtown Cab Co, in one sitting for about 15 minutes I memorized most of our radio codes, how to use our tablets and how to start driving. If given the opportunity I believe I can learn as fast here as well and get started almost right away.
- Some of the qualities that I can bring to Bayview Auto Center is some fresh blood there. Me personally at Downtown Cab Co, what I brought to them and most of my Managers agree with is a new face around there. Some of the other things that I brought there was some liveliness to the place. Whether that be listening to music, dancing, or taking up calls far away I'm always ready for the task at hand.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would tell everyone to park there cars and form a single file line and take customers one at a time ensuring every vehicle gets serviced in a timely matter even if it's busy.
- I would explain the fee again and if the fee is unacceptable I would get the highest in command on shift to explain it to them and continue to service other customers to keep the line moving.
- I would try to defuse the situation and try to calm first the customer then my colleague and then either talk about it or the customer will leave on there own.
