- I am Chuck Self and I was born in South Carolina, USA to Kay Self and Richard Self. Growing up I had a thing for working on anything that interested me whether it would be electronics or cars. While I was growing up my father showed me how to work on classic vehicles and such as his old Vapid Ellie. Eventually when I was 17, I started working for Carona Automotive as a mechanic. I worked at Carona for a few years before moving to Tennessee with my former partner, where I worked as a Mechanic working on Heavy Equipment such as Bull Dozers, Backhoe’s, and any Miscellaneous project that came in.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would radio in to see if there is anyone else on around to clock in. If not, then work on the people that came in first and make my way down the line.
- I would try to contact the manager to see if there is a way to waive the fee or give a discount to make the customer happy.
- If the customer is being disrespectful and threating a colleagues, then I would ask them to leave. I would also walk away and contact Law Enforcement if the doesn't leave the property or tries to escalate the situation further.
