- Granko Montasser was born on July 24, 1999, in Canada. His father worked as a doctor in a hospital near their house, and his mother, Martina, worked as a nurse in the same hospital where her father also worked. His parents loved him so much that they started helping him with his homework, teaching him everything to be professional, as well as responsible, when he grew up. Granko had a sister called Emma, and their parents took care of them forever to make them feel happy and buy them whatever they wanted. Also, they didn't want them to feel bad as they were busy because of their work. On the 11th of June 2003, Granko travelled to Los Santos, he'd been going through really tough days as he was entirely new to the city. Granko Montasser is a man who was studying the whole day to get the full marks and to be the greatest one in his school. As he grew older, Granko started to improve himself and learn new skills in his life. He always looked for better opportunities to grow and gain experience. Now, he is trying to join Bayview Auto Center to build a strong career and develop his skills in a professional work environment.

- I want to work at Bayview Auto Center for many reasons, because it has a good name and people trust it. I am good at working with a team and following clear systems. This job would help me improve my skills and get real experience while helping customers and fixing their problems.
- In fact, I should be hired for many reasons, I know I'd be a good pick for your team because I work perfectly, and always do my best, and try to keep a good vibe for everyone. I also handle changes well and work friendly with others. I take care of small details and always take responsibility for my actions. I also make sure that tasks are finished on time, as well as I like learning from high ranks so maybe I'd be in their position one day. I always stay focused to make sure that everything is handled without any wrongdoing.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I can work well under pressure. I stay calm and try to solve problems, so the customer is happy and their issues are handled correctly.
- I'd stay calm and listen to the customer. I'd explain the labor fee again in a good way and why it is required. If the customer is still unhappy, then I'd politely mention that nothing can be done unless the policy is followed.
- I'd remain calm and explain that the behavior is not acceptable and must change. I'd ask them to stay respectful so their problem can be handled. If the behavior continues, authorities should be called for involvement.
