    • Kory Eliazar is a poor person. he was born in 11, August 2003. he was born in East Los Santos. he lived with his poor family at East Los Santos. Kory was studying in a poor school which locates at Grove street. He was very clever at school. Students loved Kory very very much. He has one brother and one sister.


      His Father is called Oliver Eliazar. he was a garbage man. His mother is called Mary Oliver. Kory's mother is a teacher. Kory's father was sitting under a tree and a random criminal killed him to stole his money. Kory noticed an unusual sound so he went to check what's going on. He found his father when he was thrown on the floor and the blood outcoming from his head. Kory tried to know who did that and killed his father but he, unfortunately, failed to know the criminal. Kory then decided to build his own career and join bennys so he can make friends and forget the past.

    • I want to work there due to its reputation among companies, quality service, honesty and always known for customer satisfaction. I love working in an environment where teamwork, professionalism and paying attention to small details take place. I also have heard a lot regarding Benny's and I have friends working with you so I would like to continue my life and learn new things along with my friends. I am interested to improve my mechanic skills so I want to join your company.

    • You should hire me because you can rely on me handling hard work, I can do multitasking and I am motivated enough to improve the reputation of the company. I am a very team-worker person and I understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork and providing good quality of customer service. I am a quick learner, open to customers feedback and always happy to help civilians every day. I always show up on time and I take responsibilities for my actions. I remain focused on the main task even under pressure and I also communicate clearly with other workers. Most important thing is that I provide positive vibes to my colleagues.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
  • 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
    • I would stay calm and focused on the customer service. I would try and handle the customer with good attitude. I would prioritize jobs based on urgency and safety. I would ask for a supervisor if the customer asked for and keep transparency all the time.
    3.2 A customer is not happy with the labor fee and does not want to pay for it. Your colleague has already explained that this fee is mandatory, but they still argue the charge. What would you do?
    • I would ask for a supervisor the handle the customer considering some customers seem to be calm and understandable when they speak to a high rank. I would also remain calm and friendly all the time.
    3.3 A customer is being disrespectful towards one of your colleagues and starts to threaten them. What would you do?
    • I would take the situation seriously and step in calmly trying to de escalate the situation. I would position myself between the customer and my colleague if safe so. Also speak in calm, respectful tone and let the customer know the threating won't get the issue fixed. I would try to understand the customer frustration and give him solutions. If still facing the same issue, a supervisor would handle it.
