- My name is Jibreel Adam and I am 29 years old. I grew up in a mining town in Sudan. Life was very hard and I started working in the mines when I was only 15. I learned how to work hard and stay safe in dangerous places. I also learned first aid to help workers who got hurt.
I moved to San Andreas three years ago to find a better life. When I first arrived, I worked many freelance jobs to make money. After that, I worked at Weazle Entertainment and News Network in the Advertisement department and the Media department. While I was there, I studied and earned my pilot license. I worked in aviation as a pilot for a while which taught me a lot about discipline. Later on, I also studied to get my medical license so I could help people in emergencies. After some time, I had to leave the city to handle business abroad. Now I am back and I want to work with my hands again. I am a man who respects machinery, safety protocols, and honest work, and I am looking to apply my diverse skillset in a hands-on environment.
2. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2.1 Why do you want to work at Bayview Auto Center? (Minimum 50 words):
- I want to work at Bayview because I want to start a career where I can be active every day. I have spent a lot of my time working in offices, driving, and flying, but I miss the satisfaction of physical, hands-on work like I did when I was younger. I believe Bayview is the best place in the city to learn and grow. I also have friends and old colleagues who work here, and they always speak highly of the professional environment and the team.
- You should hire me because I am a very reliable worker with a high level of discipline. Even though I have not worked as a professional mechanic before, I am very good at learning technical systems. To get my license for flying, I had to read many long manuals and learn exactly how complex machines work. I understand that following the manual is the only way to keep things safe.
I also worked in Media and the Advertisement department at Weazle News. This taught me how to talk to all kinds of people and provide great customer service. I am a fast learner, I stay calm under pressure, and I already know many of the people on your team. I am back in the city for good and I am ready to work hard to prove myself as a valuable member of Bayview.
- I bring a strong work ethic and a calm personality. I am very good at following instructions and learning new technical skills. Because of my experience with flying and reading technical manuals, I am very organized and I always check my work twice to ensure everything is safe. I am also a friendly person who knows how to represent a company well.

3. SCENARIO QUESTIONS
- 3.1 There is a long line of customers all waiting for service and you are the only mechanic on duty, how do you handle this situation?
- I would talk to everyone in line first. I would tell them I am working alone and ask for their patience. I would work on one car at a time but keep moving as fast as I can without making mistakes. If someone is in a big hurry, I would give them a realistic wait time so they can decide if they want to wait or come back later.
- I would stay calm and polite. I would explain that the labor fee is the rule for everyone and we cannot change it. I would tell them that my colleague is correct and the fee must be paid for the work to be done. If they still refuse, I would tell them we cannot service the car and I would call for a supervisor to help.
- I would step in and tell the customer that they cannot speak to my colleague that way. I would try to de-escalate the situation and ask for the help of our in-shop security contractors to remove the person if they do not stop. I am a calm person and I do not encourage violence, but I do hold a legal firearm license. If the threat becomes life threatening, I am prepared to use it to defend my colleague and myself until the police arrive. My priority is always to keep my team safe.
