
Employment Requirements
- * Applicant must be of age 18 or older
* Have a valid Drivers & Truckers license
* Must pass a criminal background check (( Two weeks clear of any felonies ))
* Be able to keep up with our minimum weekly hour requirement - 5 Hours per week
Note: It is NOT required for you to have any prior mechanic experience to become a mechanic at Benny's.
We offer an apprenticeship program to beginners that includes hands on training & written handbooks that go further in detail.
Application Process
- IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS AT THE SHOPTo start the recruitment process, applicants will need to come in person to Benny's mechanic shop and ask for an interview.
Our employees will help get you in touch with our Training & Recruitment team. If a member of Human Resources is not available for an interview we will take your name & phone number which will be added to our interest list.
Our recruiters will reach out to you via text message to work out a time & day that works for the both of you to schedule an interview.
After completing your interview we will reach out and let you know whether you are hired or not. This process can take a few days.
